To Start

Case prep is broken. You know it, we know it.

📅

Scheduling Hell

Finding practice partners across time zones is a nightmare. By the time you coordinate, you've lost momentum.

💸

$200/Hour Coaches

Professional coaching works, but at $200-300 per session, it's only accessible to those who can afford it.

🎲

Inconsistent Feedback

Peer partners give wildly different feedback. One says you're great, another says start over. Who's right?

Practice with an AI that actually knows what it's doing

This isn't a chatbot with a case interview prompt.

Kasie is a purpose-built interview intelligence system — psychometrically calibrated, adaptively scored, and grounded in learning science.

01
Psychometric Calibration

Expert-Calibrated Scoring Model

Built using the modified Angoff method — the same standard-setting approach behind the GMAT and CFA. Ex-MBB interviewers hand-scored 100+ candidate transcripts across six dimensions, establishing performance bands with behavioral anchors. The AI was tuned to match this expert baseline (ICC > 0.80). Not prompt engineering — psychometric calibration.

Angoff Method ICC > 0.80 Criterion-Referenced
02
Adaptive Inference Engine

Real-Time Scaffolded Probing

A continuous inference loop evaluates your responses mid-conversation and selects follow-up probes calibrated to your zone of proximal development. Too vague? It pushes. Strong analysis? It forces synthesis. Drawn from Socratic questioning taxonomies and the depth-first probing patterns real MBB interviewers use.

Vygotskian ZPD Socratic Method Adaptive Difficulty
03
Scoring Architecture

6-Dimension Compensatory Model

Six dimensions, independently assessed with compensatory weighting and critical-fail floor constraints. Score below 3.0 on Structure or Quantitative and your overall gets hard-capped — because in a real interview, no amount of polish saves bad math. Mirrors how MBB evaluation committees actually decide: dimensional assessment → threshold checks → holistic judgment.

Weighted Regression Floor Constraints MBB Rubric-Aligned
04
Neural Voice System

Generative Conversational Voice

Neural voice synthesis with sub-200ms latency, natural prosody, and contextual intonation. Not text-to-speech reading a script — generative speech that sounds, flows, and feels like sitting across from a real interviewer.

Neural TTS Sub-200ms Latency MOS Benchmarked
05
Calibration Integrity

Anti-Inflation Scoring Protocol

Mean first-attempt score: 4.2/10 (σ = 1.3). By design. Scoring bands are anchored to MBB hiring thresholds, not satisfaction metrics. Other platforms inflate to retain users. Kasie optimizes for predictive accuracy. When you hit 7.5+, it means something real.

Criterion-Anchored Predictive > Affective μ = 4.2, σ = 1.3
06
Learning Science

Deliberate Practice Architecture

Built on Ericsson's deliberate practice framework — targeted difficulty at the edge of ability, immediate expert feedback, structured reflection. Post-case analysis identifies your weakest dimension and generates precision drills. Practice → assess → diagnose → remediate → reassess. Not more reps. Better reps.

Things you're probably wondering

Yes. No credit card, no trial timer, no "free tier" with half the features locked. During beta, you get full access to every case and feature. We're building in the open and your feedback shapes what Kasie becomes. When we introduce paid plans, beta users will know first.

Kasie's interviewer was calibrated by ex-McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who conducted hundreds of real interviews. It probes weak answers, pushes you on math, and doesn't let you off the hook with vague structures — just like a real interviewer wouldn't. You get scored across six dimensions using the same rubric MBB firms actually use.

Not a score and a pat on the back. Kasie replays your weakest moments as coaching dialogues — it'll quote what you actually said, show you why it fell short, then rewrite it the way a top candidate would've answered. You'll see exactly where your structure had gaps, where your math stopped short, and where you sounded uncertain when your analysis was actually solid.

That's exactly what it's built for. Kasie supports both interviewer-led format (McKinsey style) and candidate-led format (BCG/Bain style). The feedback dimensions — structuring, quantitative analysis, creativity, communication, business judgment, and case leadership — map directly to how MBB firms evaluate candidates.

Friends can't give you structured, calibrated feedback. ChatGPT can hold a conversation, but it won't evaluate you against MBB standards — it'll tell you everything sounds great. Kasie was purpose-built for case interviews: curated cases with proper difficulty, realistic interviewer behavior that adapts to your answers, and specific scoring that tells you exactly where you're weak.

Your sessions are yours. We use them to give you feedback and track your progress — that's it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your practice sessions to train our AI models. You can request deletion anytime.

We'll introduce paid plans, but we haven't locked pricing yet. Beta users will get early notice and likely a grandfathered rate. We'll always keep some level of free access — we believe everyone should be able to practice, not just people who can afford $200/hour coaching.
